We charge by Time & Materials. Rates vary depending on the job. The usual procedure is to invoice after every 40 hours of work performed. We will contact you via email, telephone, or “snail” mail. Give you a detailed report of what work has been done and pictures to see what work has been done. This way it keeps you, the customer, up to date and involved in the process.
